 Stamped disc electrodes

Used for routine electrodes, the STAMPED disc electrodes are made of a thin fine silver band.
On request available with different lenghts and connectors.

 MOULDED disc electrode

The new MOULDED disc electrode are made from a thick pure silver band to avoid the bending. Thanks the electrode shape the bowl contain more gel for long term recording. NO SCRINKING TUBE is used between the electrode and the wire but both electrode and wire are moulded and the advantage is that the electrode and lead wire become ONE PIECE ONLY . thanks to this technology the risk of the oxidation of the connection is avoided.

 Casted disc electrodes

Casted electrodes are made using a special technique, which gives the electrodes thickness and doesn’t cause the electrode to bend. A hole in the shaft allows the inserted wire to be crimped or soldered. A heat shrinking tube covers the shaft and the wire. This ensures when cleaning the electrode, no water or gel will come into contact with the cable, which avoids corrosion.

 SPIDER EEG electrodes

The SPIDER electrodes are a valid alternative to the disc electrodes thanks to their special design, construction and light-weight cable.
The SPIDER electrodes can be used with adhesive and conductive cream as an alternative to the collodion. The adhesive and conductive cream becomes “one body only” with the electrode, offering a strong adhesion. On request available with different lenghts and connectors.

 Disposable AgAgCl non metallic electrodes

The 10mm diam. non metallic electrodes are made of plastic coated with AgAgCl. The connection lead wire is designed and made so that it can be removed after the use of the electrode. Should the electrode break in the cable, another electrode can be inserted and the broken piece will come out automatically. Tested also for MEG and MCG.

The lead wire are made of carbon fi lament and the electrodes are made of non metallic AgAgCL. NO METALLIC CONNECTION ARE USED between THE CABLE AND THE ELECTRODES.

 Sintered electrodes for precision bioelectric recording

Why sintered? The AgAgCL silver coated disc electrodes made of stamped metal tend to loose their AgAgCI surface during recording and cleaning. These sintered electrodes are made from fine silver and AgAgCI mixed powder, which is compressed using a special technique without the use of fillers or binders. These electrodes are alike in thickness and have a strong metal resistance.
Salient Features: It never needs to be chlorided ~ High stability ~ Low offset voltage, low noise ~ Low artificats ~ Large base  
   
 Sintered fluid electrodes

Spes sintered electrodes are made using the best quality sintered disc encased in a colodion and acetone resistant case. Contact between the electrode and the skin is obtained through the conductive gel only, the contact is more stable this way as the gel works as a shock absorber. The electrode surface is a few mm from its base. These technical and electrical features result in a very high quality electrode that provides very clear transmission on even the smallest biopotential surface.

 Silver/silver chloride disposable electrodes with adhesive and conductive gel for neurological application

The wire is melted to the electrode; this prevents the cable from becoming detached. The entire surface of the AgAgCL is conductive. The solid gel keeps the electrode well in place. The coloured lead wires are available with T.P sockets, snap connectors, tab connectors, 1 mm pin connectors or 0.7 mm pin connectors.
