1. All prices are based on the valid price list provided by C.K.Medical Int’l. C.K.Medical Int’l reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

2. Sales is according to the terms and conditions mentioned herein after, which are confirmed by the client at the date of the order and is valid only if there is a written confirmation by C.K.Medical Int’l

3. All prices are in US$. and Ex works, The Netherlands, unless otherwise is agreed on. Packaging is included however no freight insurance.

4. Payments shall be made in advance via T/T. Orders more than US$. 20.000,00 can be settled via an irrevocable L/C at sight, or 50% of the order amount including freight costs  at the date of ordering and the remaining 50% one week prior to shipment

5. Bank charges including overseas bank charges has to be borne by the client.

6.  All extra cost involved as Country of origin certificate, Inspection fees, Legalization certificates etc. are not included and have to be borne by the client.

7. All L/C charges including C.K.Medical Int’l bank charges that are involved in issuing and preparation of the necessary documents shall be borne by the client.

8. Partial shipments are allowed. If a client requires urgent deliveries that are not covered by the regular delivery time of the product, the client shall carry the freight costs for the partial delivery.

9. Delivery time starts from the day when T/T is received in full on C.K.Medical Int’l account, or a down payment of 50% has been made. Time of transport is not included.

10. Quality complains have to be announced in writing within 10days after receiving the goods. C.K.Medical Int’l reserves the right either to repair or to exchange the product. In case a complaint is justified within the warranty period C.K.Medical Int’l carries the freight  cost to the client after repair / exchange / inspection.  After the warranty period client covers all the freight cost, from and to C.K.Medical Int’l. In case the quality complaint is not justified during the warranty period, the client shall cover  all transportation cost to and from C.K.Medical Int’l.

11. All quality complains must be in writing and must indicate type, model and serial number, which is mentioned on the packaging of the product, or on the product it self.

12. Not covered are defects resulting from accidents, damage while in transit to our service location, damage resulting by alterations, misuse or abuse, lack of proper maintenance,  fire and flood, unauthorized repair or modification as well affixing of any label.

13. Before returning medical products to C.K.Medical Int’l, the client should clean the product thoroughly in order to protect C.K.Medical’s staff. C.K.Medical Int’l has the right to reject dirty and or contaminated products.

14. Any returns must be approved in writing for a Return Goods Authorization number.

      A. For stock items. (popular, fast running products)
      B. Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging.
      C. Requests for returns within 30 days of ship date are subject to a 30% restcoking fee.
      D. Requests for returns within 90 days of ship date are subject to a 50 % restocking fee.
      E. Requests for returns within 6 months of ship date are subject to a 75% restocking fee.
      F. Requests for returns more than 6 months from ship date are ineligible for return.
 
15. Requests for returns of "Non popular, fast running products". (within the discretion of CKMedical Int'l)

      A. Request for returns within 30 days of ship date are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
      B. Request for returns within 90 days of ship date are subject to a 75% restocking fee.
      C. Request for returns more than 90 days of ship date are ineligible for return.
